One of the things I’ve been doing, lately, has been birthing a new batch of Beaded Botanicals. I named the first bunch “Foxgloves”, but they sort of look like Delphiniums, too. They are tiny, Thumbelina-sized flowers (about 2 1/2″ tall). Something about their smallness just charms the living daylights out of me. If you come to the store, I’ll show you a heart-shaped, woven-ribbon pincushion embellished with four of these that you could make for a friend. (I’ll tell you how!)
At the same time the Foxgloves were happening, a little pair of Fuchsias emerged.
They join the Bleeding Hearts, Bees and Hostas that came first.
