So much has been happening, lately, that all I’ve had time to post has been the “One Small Thing a Day” piece. Lest you think that’s all that’s been happening, here are some shots of other hijinks and merriment around the studios and in Arkansas:
It was cold and snowy in Eureka Springs, but the building I’ve been lusting after is still empty, collapsing, and waiting for me!
A kindred soul had yarn-bombed this tree, warming our hearts and bringing smiles to our frozen faces.
One of the giant bats escaped my belfry and attacked poor Fred. Fortunately, he was unharmed (since he was driving, so I could knit :-).
The next two pictures illustrate the Tiniest Entrelac Bag that I made while filming instructions for the website. All the tails that I trimmed became a piece of Freelace trim.
When Spring seems a faraway dream, we can create our own flowers. Here is some Freelace jewelry I’m working on that is loaded with “homegrown” blooms and foliage. These, and more will be available as kits, soon.
These are the beautiful Gutermann rayon embroidery threads that I love for Freelace. We just received our first shipment, at the store!
And this brings us to today, an awesome, messy, colorful day in the studio. I’m still purple.
